2026 05 07: CMI - Outlook for mortality improvements at different ages (in-person)
The CMI Mortality Projections Committee (MPC) will give a brief update on its work, including the CMI_2025 mortality projections model.
This will be followed by presentations from guest speakers on their recent research on the outlook for mortality improvements and considerations when using post-pandemic data:
- Andrew Hunt (Pacific Life Re)
- Dan Ryan (Just)
- Cobus Daneel (CMI)
- Steve Bale (CMI)
The session will be followed by an open Q&A session.
Presentation 6.00 -7.30 PM including open discussion (with registration starting at 17:30)
