About the Meeting
EY will be presenting on the long-awaited final rules and guidance on building operational resilience in financial services, that were published by the FCA, PRA and Bank of England in March 2021. Operational resilience is everyone’s responsibility, and one that the PRA has re-emphasised is ‘at least as important as financial resilience’. Get it right, and you can transform how you deliver change while strengthening culture and building strong engagement with clients.
Eamon McGinnity and Jack Armstrong will also discuss their experiences working with organisations across the industry to implement the regulators’ principles in a way that meets the spirit whilst being practical, pragmatic and proportionate to each firm’s situation. With just a year to go until the deadline, some of the key focus areas that will be covered will include the approach and challenges firms are experiencing in identifying their important business services, setting impact tolerances and conducting scenario tests against them.
Please note that the Zoom link will be included in your attendance confirmation email.
Presentation 6-7PM, followed by Q&A 7-7.30PM
