About the Social Event
This year SIAS is hosting its 82nd Annual Dinner at The Ballroom Southbank. Relive the magic and join SIAS as we transport you back to New York City for the peak of the disco era. Whether you have Saturday night fever or a Charlie's Angel fetish, if there was any reason for a disco ball then this is it.
This year's Annual Dinner will be held on Friday 22 November 2019 at The Ballroom Southbank, SE1 9PU from 6.30pm onwards.

Details of the event
The night will include a sparkling reception, entertainment, a three-course meal and some extras to be revealed! Your ticket includes unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.
Table Plan
Please purchase your tickets in the group you would like to sit with. As tables are of size 10 we may have to split up groups of size 7,8 and 9 in order to make accommodate everyone in the venue. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets. Please type in any seating requests into the order form when prompted.
Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom at the event this will be able to hold coats, jackets, and any other luggage you may have.

9:15pm DJ and Dance Floor
12am Bar closes
12:30am Event at Ballroom Southbank finishes
After Party
The after party will be held at Sway, London WC2B 5BZ. We have secured discounted entry to the club of £5 by quoting "SIAS". For the avoidance of doubt this is not included in your SIAS Ball ticket. Please ensure that you arrive before 1am as this is the final entry time.
Meal
A 3-Course meal will be served to your table. Please enter any dietary requirements into the order form for these to be taken into account.
Payment for drinks and raffle tickets
The event will be card only including payment for drinks at the bar and raffle tickets.
Refunds
SIAS will not offer refunds on tickets sold. Should you no longer be able to make the event after purchasing a ticket we can assist by putting you in touch with anyone on the waiting list.
Please note: SIAS cannot guarantee entry to the after party, this is subject to venue capacity and the venue manager’s discretion.
Dress Code
The dress code for the evening is Studio 54 inspired Black Tie.
